Carolina C. Gomez graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) earning a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Chicano/a Studies. This research was developed as part of the UCLA Quarter in Washington Program with the Center for American Politics and Public Policy, where Carolina also had the opportunity to intern for AAAED. As a first-generation student, Carolina wants to further her education pursuing a legal career to expand her interests in immigration law and advocate for the future of immigration policy.
